DNA tests identify lough remains
31 March 2012 Last updated at 11:07 ET Human remains found at the shore of Lough Foyle in County Donegal have been confirmed as being those of a missing Londonderry man. Eamonn Moore, 22, from Jefferson Court in the city centre, had not been seen since he left his apartment on 26 November last year. The remains were discovered by walkers near Redcastle on Tuesday. Convict DNA fast-tracked
ALBANY The state is making August the start-up date for collecting DNA samples from everyone convicted of a felony or penal misdemeanor. Collection of all-crimes DNA will begin two months sooner than originally authorized in the law passed this month.
