Prisoners claim IVF treatment at taxpayers' expense

UK Prisoners are demanding the right to father children using IVF FOUR murderers and a drug dealer each serving a life sentence are demanding the right to father children using IVF – at taxpayers’ expense. The five argue that they are entitled to the treatment under a European Court of Human Rights ruling on the right to a family life.
